A message from I’Anson Bros Ltd.
Dear customer,
We are in unprecedented times with worries and concerns on many fronts. So I want to let you know that we are doing everything we can to keep our employees and customers safe, maintain production and ensure that you continue to receive the supplies you need. These are our absolute priorities!
From last week we introduced all the safety procedures as recommended by the Government and its medical and scientific advisers. Our head office is staffed as normal to take any queries or questions you may have and all our shifts in the mill are fully manned. The commitment and team spirit displayed daily has been very impressive.
Our Sales Managers are working remotely and can be contacted on their mobile phones and by email. This reduces the need for direct human contact which is in line with the Government’s social-distancing policy at present. Our delivery wagons are all equipped with hand sanitisers for the drivers who have also been briefed on avoiding unnecessary direct contact.
As a company we have a strong business-continuity plan and, as things stand today, we do not envisage any disruption to supplies. We are keeping fully abreast of Government announcements and should there be any changes in this, or any other matter which could effect the business, we will let you know.
Hopefully, this message means that you will have one less thing to worry about in these challenging times?
